What is the minimum order quantity?

You can find the exact MOQ on each product page and in the downloadable catalogues. Rackets, balls and grips each have their own MOQ depending on type, colour, branding and packaging.

What is the delivery time?

For most products, the delivery time is 6-8 weeks .

Our products are truly custom-made from start to finish, and this process naturally takes time.

Don’t be fooled by fast deliveries ; these are often prefabricated rackets with a print. This simply doesn’t compare to our quality and finish .

How much does it cost to deliver?

Nothing! All our prices include design, production, delivery, customs clearance, and shipping.

Where are the products made?

We collaborate with the manufacturers of Bullpadel, Siux, Wilson, and Head. This allows us to guarantee top quality.

These factories are located in China.

Can the products be tested in advance?

We have several demo rackets available for testing. Of course, we also have the balls available.

Do you offer different quality levels?

Yes. We offer multiple quality tiers, allowing clubs and companies to choose based on use case (rental, retail, training, staff, competition, branding, events, promotional…). You can also create your own dream racket from the core of the racket to the finishing surface.

Each batch goes through multi-stage quality control. We care deeply about our product quality.

Will we receive production and delivery updates?

Yes. You will receive regular production updates throughout the manufacturing process, including process photos and status reports. All shipments also include track & trace, with proactive follow-up. This means you stay fully informed about your order from the start of production until it is delivered.

Yes. Production starts after a 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance paid before final delivery.
